Since the recent earthquake & Tsunami in North East of Japan, we have had a lot of thoughtful concerns and the donations to assist the disaster victims from our customers and suppliers. We extend our appreciation to your support and encouragement. Wefll proceed all donations through Japanese Red Cross to earthquake victims.

Wefve received the enquiries from our customers regarding the origin of the ingredients which wefre using for our restaurants and shops.
Mostly we source local produce with our fish coming from suppliers in Western Australia and Victoria. The ingredients we use from Japan were shipped before the current crisis so are unaffected by the subsequent Fukushima emergency. Any future importations from Japan will be subject to Australia's strict quarantine regulations
