A message to Customers

With the recent easing of restrictions, JAWS will operate dine-in service in accordance with the government’s health and safety advice.
Being committed to stopping the spread of COVID19 and our customers dining safely we have taken all necessary measures to ensure our restaurants are safe and hygienic environments for everyone. The health and safety of our staff and customers will always be our first priority

We have implemented the following measures to ensure customers feel safe and comfortable in our restaurant.

Cleaning frequency – we have increased our cleaning and hygiene program to ensure our shops are safe

  • All tables and chairs will be cleaned and sanitised after every customer visit
  • Table settings will be washed at a temperature of 80C in a commercial grade dishwasher.

Social distancing – at least 1.5 meters apart for each group both inside & outside the restaurant. Please note the distance markers for those outside

Limiting our services – Conveyor Belt is not operating to make assurance double sure so please order from the menu
Call the floor staff if you require any assistance

Providing hand sanitiser – at the store entrance and as a courtesy for customers

Health monitoring of staff
We have an infrared thermometer on premise and our staff members self-check
prior to commencement of shift
There is a NO RISK policy with staff. If they are sick and/or showing flu like
symptoms they have been advised to remain at home

Offering contactless payment options – fast and convenient and minimises touch points

Limiting capacity – to comply with social distancing norms

Education and training – All our staff have completed the AHA hygiene course, have had the annual flu shot and have installed Covid-19 safe app.
